• information about you when you attend our events, which may include your name, email address, registration token number, information on the sessions you attend and other session metrics

When you visit our website or use certain Arttaca products, we may automatically collect the following information:

• technical information, including your traffic source, the IP address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform
• information about your visit, including the full URL clickstream to, through and from our website; products you viewed or searched for; page response times, visit lengths and errors; page interaction information (e.g. scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs, how you left the page); in-product interaction and usage information (such as clicks, page views, feature usage and navigation paths); attribution and campaign data, including UTM parameters and referring sources used to reach our website, chatbot interactions and message logs; and any phone number used to call our customer service
• integrated data synced from connected apps such as engagement information from linked services (for example, YouTube video plays, Private View interactions, or similar integrations)

We do not sell personal data. Content shared by you via Private Views is visible only to the persons you invite.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. After account closure we may retain limited data for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request export or deletion of your inventory and client data as described in the Terms of Service.

As stated in the Terms of Service, Arttaca's liability for security incidents (including malicious hacks or compromises arising from user credentials or systems) is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our website contains links to and from the websites of our partners and other third parties. We do not accept responsibility for processing of your information by these other entities. Please check the privacy policies of other entities before you provide information to them.
