Arttaca provides software tools only. We do not hold customer funds, act as escrow agent, payment processor of record, art dealer or party to any transaction. Sales and payments occur solely between Users. Invoicing and payment tools are provided so that parties may complete their own deals.

The website, applications and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or current.

Despite our care, content on the Services may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Materials may be changed at any time without notice. Arttaca is not responsible for any content, code or other imprecision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arttaca shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of use of the Services or their contents. Aggregate liability is capped as set out in the Terms of Service (the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or HKD 2,000).

Arttaca does not verify authenticity, provenance, ownership, condition or value of any artwork. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence.

All prices and plan details are stated subject to typographical and programming errors. No liability is assumed for the implications of such errors. No agreement is concluded on the basis of such errors. We may refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price and, if already charged, will issue a credit.

Any tax-calculation tools are provided for convenience only. Arttaca does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Arttaca has no liability for tax submissions or any issue arising from a tax authority.

Information, suggestions or other output from Arttaca AI assistants, chatbots or similar tools is for general reference only and is not a final or definitive answer, legal, tax, valuation or professional advice. If you connect your own (or a third party's) AI agent, large language model or similar tool through connectors, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) or any other integration, you do so at your own risk. You are solely responsible for that integration and for any loss, alteration, corruption, unauthorised access, disclosure or data breach arising from it. Arttaca has no liability for such loss, corruption or breach.

Arttaca does not control User Content and is not responsible for it. We do not endorse User Content and have no liability for it. Users retain ownership of their uploaded artwork images and data, subject to the licence in the Terms of Service.

The Services may contain links to websites and services not operated by Arttaca (including payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal). Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply a recommendation. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites. When you leave our Services, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The Services may contain third-party advertisements and affiliate links (URLs that contain an affiliate identifier). Where an affiliate link is used, Arttaca may receive a commission if you purchase through that link. The price you pay is not increased as a result. Affiliate or advertising links are not an endorsement of the third party, its goods or services. Arttaca makes no representation as to the accuracy or suitability of advertising content and accepts no responsibility for advertisers' or affiliate partners' conduct, content or offerings.

Testimonials on the Services are the opinions of the individuals who provided them and are not a guarantee of similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside Arttaca's control. Testimonials should not be relied upon as a prediction of your outcome.

Intellectual property in the platform, website materials, trademarks (including "Arttaca"), logos and documentation is owned by Arttaca and its licensors. Copying, distribution or other use of those materials is not permitted without written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

No system is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arttaca is not liable for loss, unauthorised access or disclosure arising from a malicious third-party attack despite reasonable measures, or from compromise of your own credentials, devices, employees or systems.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised and, where appropriate, we will notify you. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
